Heartsaver CPR AED

An Irish Heart Foundation accredited course.

Introduction

The Irish Heart Foundation’s (IHF) Heartsaver CPR AED course is for anyone who wants to learn CPR and how to administer an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

Participants who can demonstrate high quality CPR at the end of the course will receive an IHF/AHA Heartsaver CPR AED course completion certificate.  This is valid for two years.

Course Content

The Heartsaver CPR AED course follows a practice-while-watching video format and is led by our Instructor, who will provide feedback and guide you through the lessons. To help improve your CPR technique as you practice on a manikin.

 
Approximately 3 hours long.
How to perform CPR on adults, children, and infants.
How to use an AED.
How to relieve choking for adults, children, and infants.

Course Price

The price of the full Heartsaver CPR AED course is €80 per person. For groups of up to six participants maximum.

Alternatively, participants can opt for the adult portion of the course only. This takes approximately two hours and costs €60 per person.
